I never spam "Oh Yea !" I do however spam smiles  )) that I am guilty of.. I called you "putz" to describe your recent behavior.. Again putz means idiot or fool.. And you, Commander are a fool.... well your behavior is.. Now that the english lesson is over.. and the proof shown.. I will stay away from this drama circus.. It's not worth my time, and frankly, it's pathetic.. You want to continue this drama train, you "Commander" (and not "certain staff") will have to try much harder to get your drama satisfaction from someone else.. i wish u the best, merry xmas, blah blah and all that other stuff that makes you feel all warm inside.. |

| With all due respect to you Rork, I did make the admins aware of commander's abuse of staff rights as soon as it happened.. If you have read the live chat, you would have seen this.. 2nd the word "putz" only means idiot or fool.. it's not foul, crude, swearing, and hardly "offensive" especially when it's the "truth" to describe one's behavior.. 3rd: "09. Flames, Attacks & Off Topic Comments:" Should this apply to the staff too?? Is it proper for staff to attack and ban without cause? (This is not intended on Suz, Supa, Kilkio, idefix, .... etc etc.. Just Commander... Does the "rules" apply to staff too? Or just players? But again, I doubt this will ever get resolved.. The drama circus continues.. | |||||

| Ok, I tried my best to stay away from this topic.. If Data wanted to leave it's his decision, and I didn't want to "add fuel to the fire" so to speak...But Commander_ITA has pulled me back into this drama circus once again.. If you have read the live chat, you would know already, Commander_ITA ban/kick for no reason the other day.. No warning, no "hints" I came on server to say hi to Toecutter, and I was ban/kick the moment Commander_ITA saw me.. Commander_ITA denies this (in live chat) and asks for proof.. Well here is the proof.. 2012-11-27 06:06.25 Toecutter: jetty! 2012-11-27 06:06.29 Toecutter: he is banned? 2012-11-27 06:06.30 dU.Commander_ITA: Kicked 2012-11-27 06:06.35 Toecutter: bah; why 2012-11-27 06:06.38 -=]UM[=-MooCow: hey its this map 2012-11-27 06:06.42 dU.Commander_ITA: lond story (I'm assuming he meant "long") Chat log shows Toecutter saying hello, but I was ban/kick before I got a chance to even respond..

So, Commander_ITA I have proven your "abuse of staff rights" How will try and deny this now with the facts shown^^^ If you want, you can come and give me a "lifeban" as you requested.. Like I said b4, I haven't been on this server in over two months, and it's mainly because of idiots like you who loves to keep the drama circus going.. Good luck with that,, |

| 1st.. Chaos, my friend don't change a thing, please.. Thank you again for making this great map.. About the pics.. Only Anna's picture can be seen in the open.. There is a hidden room with my and Anna's picture, but it's hidden.. IndianJones map is a great example of "hidden." Anna's picture is seen by all at the end of the map because this was for her.. And plus I'm sure people would rather see her beautiful pic.. Not mine ) More guys play ut than women ))Anna and I are both mature.. If something happens I would never ask to change or remove the map.. To say >remove pics because we will later say to remove them or the map in the future is crazy.. Again we are mature ADULTS. Now about the sex sound at the end..this is ok imo.. Look at Mh-Highspeed. Theend has a statue of 2 male players one on top of the other one with "Oh Yea!" Being spammed as a sound file.. |

Played the map a few times.. No problems at all. Solo'd the map with only 7 deaths. 6 were from the warlord ))Thx again Ch@os, and great map m8 ! |

| For Ita And Supa, Anna wasnt "defending" Ahm3t (Ahmet) That's just the two of u jumping to conclusions and twisting what was said.. .. And let me make this clear.. I am NOT defending Ahm3t (Ahmet) as well. I personally seen him attack many players (Unai, beef, Zeba, Aviria, Karkass etc etc) a few times.. Should he got muted for this???^^^ YES.. but also the "other" player involved should have been muted too.. Both was warned by a staff member, and both ignored it.. Cussing still isn't permitted on servers right?? Or did I miss a memo or something?? Personally after Ahm3t (bah) bypassed the mute, his "chances" are done.. Ban.. |

| Me and Anna have been using pm's lately, but we still smile at each other and welcome each other as one of us logs into the server.. but we don't "spam" .. Data and Ita have both been on the server lately with us and haven't had any more issues.. or they would have "warned" us right??? But I want to quote Thunderbolt... Because his statements are very true.. "The idea is to encourage and help players, play with them and accompany them as if they were friends, make them feel at home." and "it is true that if an ADMIN show his powers by silly things, players dont return or begin to leave the server. " But in this case it's not admins.. (Bob & Wolf) They are rarely seen.. I know they are busy..In this case it's certain staff members.. They like to "show off" they're staff rights, and it's ALMOST a daily occurrence.. (again see the 2nd quoted statement above ^^^) Now I'm okay with the mutes, but I seen a lot of favoritism happening.. Rules should apply to EVERYONE....I seen certain players getting by with breaking the rules and nothing is happening to them.. (and yes this is happening with staff members on server as well) I'm not saying take away they're staff rights, all I'm saying is maybe the Admins need to watch this closely... and don't let ANYONE including myself influence they're judgement... Thats all.. |

You insult almost everyone on the server (kurwa) and then you and golfik_pl team kill everyone on wtc-map for over 30 mins in the elevator.. Yea, I guess you think that is ok. | There is a couple of names missing.. But I dont mind a tk every now and then. Sometimes we tk on maps that we think are boring.. GodzReturn is a good example.. but we try not to tk the players that are enjoying the map... People that tk for well over 30 mins+ should be banned.. They make players leave the server.. I agree with giving them a warning 1st, but lets be honest, do they really listen?? I would just hate to see some of the regular players leave the server because someone likes to tk for 30 mins+.. I understand admins can not always be online.. but this issue with the tkers really needs some attention.. |
