Nope, is working.
Look at the news for the actually IP or use the build in UT Server Browser

IP Server changes everyday so you need to update before play.

Thats right!

I called the support again, they said that the Server will be up again tomorrow.
After that I need some hours to install the backup.

I will update this post tomorrow
