With the permission of Emperor, i would like to add few things.

- About Accusation Dexie/ Muffin:
I readied everthing, chatlogs included. Of courseIi invite players to avoid some names that may hurt the sensibility of other players. Said that, there isn't anything substantial to apply any action against the accused players.

- About Netspeed:
Although is forbidden any hack/cheat that may compromise the functionality or stability of the server (Speed Hack, Skin Hack, Aimbots...) , at moment I do not have any evidence that setting an higher netspeed may affects other player game and , in any case, I do not have any valid instrument to check it and take Objective Actions. In add, setting it as ADSL/Cable, is a normal option of UT99. In a situation like this, i can not forbid players to set an higher value (among the available option of Original UT99).

- Early Server Lags:
Personally, i cannot know how much server can be involved on those. Of course, moving from a Window platform, to a Linux, effected some monster's movments , but i can not know how lags can be involved. In add, we have to consider even that, with Covid-19 emergency, net traffic increased a lot, caused many net's nodes overload, and this surelly affect on lags, especially from people outside Europe. If you really want to check where the problem can be, i suggest you to try a Traceroute from your place to our Server and check where and if are nodes who cause Packetloss.

Said that, i surelly agree with Emperor closing this thread since it went fast over the lines. It looks more a personal players' friction more then an objective problem. I invite players to keep their personal problems pretty far from the game and discuss elsewhere (if really needs). As far this is a Friendly comunity , no need all players are "friends" each other here. For me, it is enough they respect each other, keep playing and enjoy the game.

I agree with Emperor. A Ban needed and it's done.

Anyway, is better clarify something for all.
- Even if reporting bad actions of a player committed in other server may help us to understand his/her attitude , we would not take action against those on this one. Of course we keep a particular eye on that player, but our Judgement is limited for bad attitudes committed here.

- just in case some player use an inappropriate language, offense, etc...be sure you are not minimally involved or tempted to use the same language. It help a lot Us to understand who's violating Rules and who's not, who deserve a ban and who doesn't.

- @Darkbeemoo: I'm really sorry if you felt personally hit by some sentences of that Player but please, consider that players don't know anything about you or your personal life so, don't consider it too personal as far they spread crap on you generically and not referring at your personal life. Then, it's up to Us pull those people away. Just don't take it too personal ;)

New Server Added and Tested.
All but one: Crazy Nali Weapon 2. I cannot add it. Server port is 9999, what is the Query Port? Usually it's one forward .
Noticed that fast switching typing !main , !crazy, !challenge, etc......brings still at old server locations and not New one. Does it need a fix?
In Old servers we got a bug using Nexgen consolle when a Staff try to switch Map. May i try if fixed on New?

Thanks Dexie to Open a thread about this topic, since it's not a clear matter how we staff should have interact with.

Midmap Vote is a democratic Instrument for Players. As all instrument it can have proper and improper use.
In example, if a Map goes in Bug and any Staff is around, players can start a Midmap to bybass the problem. Or, if a unexpert player picked a Huge map when he was alone since he didn't know (i.e. GGW), and the remain players see it's impossible to play being so few, it's still possible to start a midmap vote to pick an appropriate map for the group.
Those are cases i consider as proper use of it.
Beside, i should consider pretty unfair for a Player, or few, start a Midmap vote while others want to play the map entirelly and they can do in a reasonable time. I think this can fit the case Dexie Exposed.
By my side, I consider a fair attitude let all players play Maps they like until end, as well others will play a map i like until end. Personally, i may like all Maps until people have fun and enjoy the server.

Unfortunatelly, we have a leakage in our rules, who enstablish uniquely that attitude it's a violation, and the relative severity. In cases like this so, I think we should proceed using common sense. If this happened only once, and it happens anymore, we should invite the Player (Karkass in this case) to be more respectfull and avoid to act like that. In the other case, when it happens again or systematic, i may consider to apply a penality to the Player, especially if he use or invite other players just to let start the Midmap Vote, and worse if he/she use other accounts.
Anyway the distance between the Lecit and Unlecit use of that remain still strict and it may cause confusion.
I should thanks anyone for your Contributive Opinion and of course i'm avaible on learning about Admins' Provisions.

If so, i suspend the pending Bans on Them. Anyway i reserve to check them online if they kept their promise, otherwise bans will be applyed.
I catch the Spain Player and i tryed to talk him (eventually in Spanish if he don't understand English). Anyway he left after i called him. Tell us , please, if he keep Tkilling. If so, please, add a screenshot.

We Staff will try to be onlyine as more is possible until Bans are applied. I ask You all your precious collaboration and Patience. As You can see, is not easy to identify Players Number and what they really did (since Nicks can be always changed). It should help reporting, add their Flag, a screenshot (with Server, time server and their actions). We are doing all the possible to let You Play Well.
