hi It is happening more frequently in the crazy server that players are using certain mods to skip through levels in game to end it more quickly, reasons why i dont know as the map should be played out to get a score. now i know admins have a hard job being one myself for many years but the game needs to be "policed" more strictly to prevent this as it just spoils the map, yesterday we had a map restarted 3 times becuase of this and today i have witnessed it again and it happens more and more frequent when admin are not present. If you need extra help regarding admins then i can give a hand but if not me then please recruit some good players who know the players and the scene. Apoc

I'm not sure I understand the issue. Weapons on the Crazy server allow to cheat pretty much every map. You shouldn't be expecting any sort of serious gameplay in these conditions.

the whats the point in playing a map where you skip to the end and not play??? isnt the whole point to get a high team score??

Bob and Blackwolf need to install nali weapons 3 final version for crazy server it allows you to gameplay settings like set modifers like turn on/off kickback effect on you and team mates or set it's value very low and allows you modify weapons to more damage or less damage their oversurrtor it is a beast though you can set settings turn off for ultimaprotos when it's weapon settings game finisher which ends the map I extremely recoommed have game finisher off This hopefully fix problem stop skipping levels and highly recommend Bob and Blackwolf get Nali Weapons 3 final version

There's a lot that do this, either because they're not about points... it's all about speed. finish the map in the least amount of time.

Or they don't use MapVote and they don't like whatever map is on... so they want to get over it to something more interesting.

This is exactly why I like editing maps with tougher monsters, to catch these guys off guard and make them have to work for it.

dU has a normal server called [Main] and a server with CRAZY weapons called [Crazy - NaliWeaponsIII].
Teamscores on the Crazy server have absolutely no meaning. They only do on other servers. Maybe that's what confuses you.

I want to ask: Are you trying to play a normal game? Or are you interested in playing a normal game ONLY with crazy weapons?

The crazy weapons make you fly or shoot through walls. It can break maps, but it's their intended behaviour. Why would the players have them if it's not to use them?
Do you think it's okay to have weapons so powerful you kill all monsters in 1 click but not to fly over walls?

The Crazy server is a place for players to have fun breaking and exploding things, not playing. If you want to play you're supposed to go to the Main server where you have normal weapons.

I ask again: Are you trying to use crazy weapons to play a normal game?

I have a feeling what you want is to keep only the "moderately crazy" weapons to play "moderately crazily" (= playing normally with weapons too strong).
Maybe there will be a server like this someday but that's not what the Crazy server is.

If you want to play normal games, you're welcome on the Main server anytime. Smile

i am sure a messgae pops up saying "this is a team game, hunt down the monsters" not do what you can to skip to the end and finish the map as early as possible

"this is a team game, hunt down the monsters" = don't shoot the other players (first timers on MH commonly do that) Also the same messages are displayed on all dU servers, from before the Crazy server had NaliWeapons. They didn't change since back then. The rules of the Crazy server are not explicit but that's how it is. You will also see "register on dU forums for the next competition" and you can see not much is going on here. Like I said if you want normal games come play on the Main server.

It's impossible to rush to the end... I mean, you could but it would be pointless.

Monsters attack in waves but the next wave doesn't appear until a certain number of the previous wave has been killed... and the final exit isn't accessible until you kill the final wave of monsters.

Also, and I cannot stress this enough... WATCH OUT FOR THE BUNNIES!
