Hi.
Can you do a map fix for MH-ATAOO that allows the player to find a esr to one shot the RemoverSkaarjlord? |

I dont have access to the map directory, only admins have this permission. Or was the question pointed to someone else? |

A problem occured recently when one of the end of level bosses in MH-Terraniux-beta-11 dropped through a floor preventing the level from being completed.
The floor in question was this one here
Prior to that he was under heavy fire from me here
and posssibly others away to the left. He cloaked under fire then disappeared. I assumed he had died (too much text going by at time).
The boss was later to be found down below the floor and could not be damaged by redeemer though someone claimed to be doing slight damage with another weapon. |

If you want to damage him he has to be visible first, so if you're firing a redeemer make sure he hasn't any player in view so he won't go stealth during this time. |

UED Mappers going down? wut? hehehe
Yeah its been a looooong time since I was here, but anyways, there are still a good deal of mappers for UED 1.0/2.0, they probably just don't come on in here as much. Actually you're looking at a mapper right now.
These maps might not be the greatest for monster hunt, since they are a bit small, but if someone wants to take a look at them and see if it would be good for MH, thats fine. This is a single player pack I've been working on for awhile now, Unreal 1, its not really done yet and there is no name for it yet. Episode 1 however is complete, It might work on oldskool but I've never tried it. I figured I'd mention this here since I used to play here quite often
download needed files and then go to Episode 1, download Map Files. There's a good deal of new stuff in this. The only map I can really say that might be good for MH is L4SHBoss.unr, it's got a neat surprise in it |

Mappers are still here, we just need a break from time to time, and since we dont get paid for our work we can go on break for as long as we want and whenever we want |

Since we use the Unreal Tournament characters
to hunt the Unreal monsters new maps best have Unreal like weapons! ÂÂ
In the recent pastI collected and tested all files I could get my mouse arrow on
and found these mods are the best:
FinalWorlds (all weapons are in one ufile!)
Perunreal (like the FWw but abit weaker)
WeaponsFactory (has even a cool oldskool biogun flamethrower!)
SevenBullets (kinda overpowered but good for secret special weapon)
Oldskool
ChaosUT
XidiaMPack
I didnt check them online though.
In my next MH map MeltTown (I will start immediately after finishing WeirdCorpsV2 skins)
there will be many houses with kralls and each shall hide a different weapon or pickup
so that ist fun to clear them all before assaulting the skaarj castle ... . |

Guys, he stole that mod and he's claiming it's his.
I advice all of you guys checking those links and see if he didn't steal anything yours as well. Because it's easy to steal and claim it's yours, but it's not easy to do something from scratch, specially as complex as U2Vehicles and other complex mods (and I am constantly feeling that on my skin, something Kaal doesn't know or respect).
And if we developers do something for a game, is because we like the game and the community/players, and expect at least that no one just comes and grabs our work, which can have huge efforts and many hours of work put on it, specially those hours which we aren't really creating a thing, but actually fixing it and optimizing to run faster and more stable, which is what takes most of the time and is the most annoying part.
I personally sugest the close of this thread, and perhaps its move to some archive or trash (due to stolen work, and since even after a moderator warning, he didn't do a thing), and at least a temporary ban from these forums (for being a thief). But again, just a sugestion though

I seriously did never steal anything except candys from my parents!
The uploads are mostly collection packages or hard work and the ban was for another reason.
I really dont understand how certain guys dare to suck me on purpose ... .
BTW - gopostal? isnt there a terrible spam hack which discredits the unrealeditor out with that name ...? |

Kaal has caused trouble in a lot of places, hijacking other ppls mods as his own, and when accused, (As we saw above) Reacting with insults and/or slurring/accusations/etc. to the accusing party. (And that other thread rather proves "His" mods aren't his own since he doesn't even know how to create his own class, not that Im unhappy to teach, quite the contrary) Anyway, enough from me here...
