Hi, I'm new here but not so new in UT, can anyone help me with something ?
If you have messed maps without end or a wrong trigger, can you send me these maps (a link or something)? I intend to fix them, to bad to lose maps because they had fixable errors. |

Well to answer your question, we have a few mappers( including me) here that have the knowledge to fix maps, so why would we send them to you? |

Ok, if you don't want to give me a few garbage no problem. I asked because I saw maps with problems on-line and I wanted to try them with my local MH version. But NVM, I go to work I have a "what to do list" to complete.

id like to see more maps fixed also (lets maybe is a map otherwise good, who like many ppl, but having a small bug ...) and not only new ones (dw that doesnt mean i dont like your new maps, i do but ... how i said at begin of last phrase/sentence ...) |

ahh sry i forgot Terra to tell u that i like most this map n CrystalMine2 from all maps what i remember made/built by u; but id have a question tho, what about that project of a CrystalMine2 what was once on Private server? u dropped it forever somehow? i liked that very much too! dunno to explain more exactly about what is but if im rite we, u n me n also Hype played it once on Private server n again if i remember well Hyp liked it much also (that with mantas ...) A possible "CrystalAlternative" or "MineAlternative" cud come back? |

So you can play them anytime.
And If you like to play them whenever you want they are also on private except for the 2011 version.

Nice map - nice colours and all - but the monsters seem sometimes misplaced.
Why dont you try to colour the skins? Its very damn easy!
Just remove the skin parts in photoshop save it as png open the original again
then b/w it followed by colouring and place the png on it.
Just experiment with the sharpness and contrast settings
until youre satisfied. In the readfiles of MH-MeltTown
is also a "cheatorial" which explains easy skinning in detail btw ... .

hm... interesting kaal.
Perhaps I should give it a try once.
And btw why should I change the default skin/texture of the current monsters. They are just fine, I think. No need to change the skin, unless you want to stick to a specific theme Like snow and arctic.
Monsters are monsters. Default skins or not. |

But no thanks. Adventure-Night[final] is final. Maybe in the very future I can make a special edition then. Perhaps then I can call in your help for the monsters.

how i already said on Kaal's topic (MHMeltdown i think...) id like to see anything new/diferent/... blah
ok, of course, im not a mapper, but seemed me that u both (or even all (mappers)) dont dislike as ... common? players tell your their opinions/ideas/... too
and of course, that isnt necesary/rily but wud be a bit fun id say ...
if u remeber thats also on 1 (at least) from those new HTD maps too ... i remember atm that ... how to say ...? fire/burnin (?) skin of some skaarjs from a (circular) room; ok, not sure if there (on that map) was for (every) first time used or not, but still isnt on many maps ...
(i think that almost anything what is new/diferent from some older maps (unless will need a large/big in size mutator/mod, mean those .u files dunno excatly how to call em ) can help to not get bored too easy/soon ...)
(is only a thought (not idea, neither/nor opinion ..), get it so pls ...)
(edit (after i saw your last post Terra, u were writing it at sametime with me i guess...): i dont meant that.those above, about skins, for AdventureNight, i meant just generally no for a named map ...) |
