Aside from here (for some reason no other admin in UT can understand) you will never post your junk.
And just to ensure things I dumped blanked (and credited to you) mismatches to server admins and they are going to download them via server push to players. Good luck getting anyone to use your stuff now.

I have to be honest, i have never understood the point of this thread, or anything that Kaal has posted in it, enough to make a judgement call as to whether it (and/or him) should be banned and removed.
I know he is banned at lots of other places, but for me that is not solely a good enough reason to ban him here. He seems to keep himself busy, and happy, just posting on this thread, although I am really not sure what it is meant to achieve.
I have read lots of posts claiming that he has stolen other work, but nothing that I have managed to see in black and white for myself.
Any help making this whole thing clearer to me is welcome.
And who is 'lolSinew', and has he only come here to cause trouble?

Bob, coders do not come in any higher regard than Ferali. Ferali has posted that KAAL stole his work, posted it as his, and he told Ferali to F-off when he was confronted. What more would you like as proof? He just did the same thing at OldUnreal over the postal2 pawns and that got him the lifetime ban this past week. Most of the skin work isn't his, it's work he ripped from other packages and made minor changes to then posted it uncredited other than to say it was his. He doesn't defend his theft with anything other than "So? It's all open for everyone!" and adding thinly-veiled threats like the one aimed at me. Is this the sort of member you want? I noticed the dU mod has become obfuscated the last versions. If you condoned KAAL's behavior I cannot see why you would make this decision to protect your work then turn a blind eye to your fellow coder's work that he is bastardizing.
Why don't you pull some more esoteric code of his out and have him explain what it does while you have him on messenger? He won't be able to because he didn't write any of it. I'll bet you haven't even downloaded his megapack because if you did you'd immediately see. You are an intelligent dude, you can tell when things have been reworked.
Look I know you don't care for me and I understand that completely. All I'm asking is you take a look at what Azazel, Anthrax, wormbo, Smirftsch, Shade, Hitman, Schlong and many others have seen and deemed unsafe for their groups. This guy is the worst I have ever seen and you'd do very well to cut him loose like everyone else. This guy needs to learn. |

Lolsinew IS KAAL.
lolsnew -> LOL IS NEW
Compare his posts to his. EVEN THE SIGNATURE IS THE SAME. 
Even that avatar looks like Kaals face somehow.
He must be using a double account.

I posted in this thread b4 trying to understand what was going on, please look at page 2. I didn't get any answers tbh. I'm not too interested in what he did elsewhere, only what he has done here. From what I saw, he was just posting links to existing packages, or had repackaged some other people's work. I didn't see an issue with either of these. Maybe I'm wrong, but no one so far has pointed out any real evidence of what he has done wrong at dU.
If anyone can show me evidence, then yes he will b banned. But we can't just go banning people without fully understanding what they are being banned for.
And no, I don't have an issue with u anymore gopo. My UT and online life isn't really a big thing for me anymore and I don't see any need to hold a grudge.

Thats of course wrong.
The picture was one of my avatars before the ban on beyondunreal.
And this fictive forumer is simply another very childish try to veil the
unspeakable and pretty illegal slandering actions of certain persons.
Assuming this guy gopostal is really the same who made the first
monsterhunt back then he must have some kind of weird skinner
jealousy or a extremely close relationship to certain other persons.
But im seriously wondering how many outspoken bad characters
i met in my UT related activity. Not only that most never helped me
with a single hint some even refused updating their sites with my
works because of so called other duties. |

I've been doing some research on other sites to try and see what's been going on. Seen a few things that I don't like, but like I said before, people don't get banned here for things that have happened elsewhere.
What I'm going to do is this. Kaal is not going to get banned here, but the thread that he created will be deleted. I dont like the thread, and all the problems it's been causing. If there are links to other people's work in a 'repackaged' (stolen or not) format, then we don't want them posted here.
Kaal, if you post another thread like that then it will be deleted, and you will get banned.
Hopefully this will be the end of all this.
Thread will be deleted tomorrow.

Sinew is not KAAL. There is a concerted effort by other forum's members to actively spam any posts he makes now. This has happened at a couple of forums and will likely continue if he posts here.
And no it's not me. I'm much more direct.
BTW add [UT] to the list of places you won't go to now KAAL.

Although I can certainly see why you would think I'm Kaal, I'm not him, at all. I'm just a parody of him, so to speak. On Beyond Unreal, his user title was 'The Sinew', which is where I got my name from; my avatar was also his at one point, too. And while it is true that everything about me (posts, signature, etc) is similar to his style of doing things, I did that so that Kaal could see how annoying he is. He needed a taste of his own medicine. I did this whole thing because I'm tired of seeing him steal others' work. |
